Fernando Tafish is the Funniest Angolan in Namibia and the only Angolan English speaking comedian in Africa. In 2009 Fernando Tafish made his first appearance on the standup comedy series in Windhoek, Namibia titled FreeYourMind where he was crowned comedian of the night. That is where it all started. One can safely say that Fernando is one of FreeYourMind`s (Namibia`s) most established comedians to date
In 2017 Fernando Tafish was nominated for the Savannah Comics Choice Awards in the category Pan African comedian of the year alongside the biggest comedy names in Africa. This made him the first Angolan to be nominated for an international comedy award.
